Disk Filter
The disk filter enables flow rates between 5 ml/min and 2000 ml/min, depending on the pore size and the size of the disk filter.
Available in five types:
- •Filter plate 25 mm – D25C, with an outer diameter of 33 mm
- •Filter plate 40 mm – D40C, with an outer diameter of 45 mm
- •Filter plate 50 mm – D50C, with an outer diameter of 54 mm
- •Filter plate 65 mm – D65R, with an outer diameter of 72 mm
- •Filter plate 90 mm – D90R, with an outer diameter of 99 mm
Pore size, depending on the filter medium, ranges between 0.1 and 500 µm. Filter media include membranes and non-woven fabrics (melt-blown), as well as plastic or stainless steel woven fabrics.
The disk filter housing is made of polypropylene (PP) in natural or black colour. Polyethylene (PE) housings are also available for medical (gamma-sterilisable) or pharmaceutical applications, for example as sterile air filters with a 0.2 micron PE membrane.

Filters are manufactured in a factory certified to ISO 13485. Each package is labelled with the product number, batch number and technical properties, and each filter is permanently marked with the product number and batch number.
