Viscous Liquids

Viscous liquid filtration, i.e. filtration of liquids with high viscosity, is a challenge we gladly accept. The same applies to liquids with a high solids content, which are often also very viscous.

Do you filter polymers, monomers, adhesives, metal pastes or dispersions with high solids content using filter cartridges and are looking for answers to the following questions?

• How to handle high differential pressure?
• Why do gels or particles reappear in the filtrate after a certain filtration time?
• We need longer filter operating cycles!

We have experience with liquids with viscosity up to 20,000 mPa·s (20 Pa·s) and/or dispersions with solids content up to 50%.
