Electrical Design
In the EPLAN environment, we design control panels and electrical installations for industrial equipment and systems, and perform electrical and functional testing in accordance with IEC standards. We develop reliable and safe solutions fully compliant with CE and EMC requirements.

Analysis and Conceptual Solution
Electrical design begins with a detailed analysis of project requirements, process documentation, and technical specifications of the environment in which the system will operate.
Based on the collected data, we define system functionality, identify all relevant loads and control elements, and develop an optimal technical solution.
At this stage, we develop the system concept, define the architecture (power distribution, control, communication), and select key equipment.
Equipment Sizing and Electrical Design
In parallel with engineering calculations and sizing of all system elements, we prepare technical documentation that ensures reliable and functional system operation. This includes the selection of cable cross-sections, protective devices, and other components in accordance with technical requirements and applicable standards.
We create the documentation in EPLAN; it includes wiring diagrams, 2D layout of control panels, detailed bills of materials (BOM), and complete preparation for electrical testing in accordance with IEC 60204.

Electrical Testing and Verification of As-Built Condition
After installation of control panels and connection of field equipment, we perform electrical safety testing in accordance with IEC 60204 (Chapter 18) – FAT and SAT.
- Verification of compliance of electrical equipment with technical documentation
- Continuity testing of the protective bonding circuit
- Dielectric strength testing (high-voltage test)
- Verification of protection against residual voltage
- Verification of compliance with relevant technical requirements
- Functional testing of the system
For this purpose, we use test equipment from reputable manufacturers such as Metrel, Fluke, and BMR.
All tests are documented and carried out through FAT and SAT procedures.

Electromagnetic Compatibility – EMC
We develop and implement technical solutions that meet the requirements of the EMC Directive (2014/30/EU) and provide expert support during testing in accredited laboratories.
