POLYESTER DEPTH FILTER

GELCROC PE depth filter cartridges are made from polyester (PBT) fibers whose depth structure is thermally bonded. This highly stable matrix is resistant to temperatures up to 120°C and prevents fiber movement.

GELCROC PE remains stable even in demanding process conditions or during pressure changes in the process line, such as when opening or closing valves.

The filter features an asymmetric filtration media structure (larger pores on the outside, finer towards the inside), enabling high dirt holding capacity, longer filter life, and economical operation.

The filter is made from 100% polyester (PBT), without the use of binders. All components are thermally bonded together.
