Pleated filter cartridges

GELCROC PPE filter cartridges feature a pleated filtration media, which increases the filtration surface area. This results in:

• •reduces pressure drop
• •extends filter service life

GELCROC PPE achieves very good filtration results with aqueous dispersions and solutions, as the filtration media is significantly more hydrophilic than polypropylene filters.

The entire filter cartridge is made of polyester (PBT), and all parts are thermally bonded together. O-rings are available in common elastomers such as EPDM or FKM.

The filters have very high chemical resistance (e.g. to benzene, hexane and MEK) and temperature resistance up to 120°C.
